Haggerston Castle Holiday Park

PRP was briefed to redevelop a predominantly hire fleet static caravan area into a high quality, low-density owner based community, around a one-acre feature fishing lake, all landscaped. The spoil from the lake was used to maximise site levels before constructing the first phase of 50 fully serviced bases, all with lake views and access to a jetty overlooking an illuminated water fountain.
