This is a bespoke new office development for a major client within an established business park on the outskirts of Norwich. Whilst the building is contemporary in appearance, construction methods were traditional under the client’s brief to “keep things simple”. Nevertheless, attention to detail and design has achieved a high thermal efficiency contributing to low running costs.
