A multi-purpose building incorporating workshops and ancillary offices for HGV fleet operations.

Acting as lead consultant, PRP were tasked with delivering a scheme, suitable for the client’s operational brief and obtaining planning approval on an existing brown-field site, requiring alterations to public access rights. Contemporary use of traditional cladding, to develop features not typical of industrial construction, contributes to elevating the design above the existing buildings in the immediate area.
