Dilapidated Hemsby site is unanimously approved

We are delighted to announce that the Development Control Committee voted unanimously to approve the mixed-use redevelopment scheme, designed to transform the existing, dilapidated holiday chalet site located in Hemsby.

This prominent site will provide 188 dwellings of a varying mix, 91 holiday chalets/lodges, a new convenience store, 3 new retail units, an extension and adaptation of the existing swimming pool to provide a leisure centre offering gym/spa/cafe facilities, surrounded by a mix of communal areas throughout.

Working alongside Parker Planning Services and Pine Developments, we’ve been proud to be involved right from the initial inception, and note the committee commended this as the best scheme they have ever seen for this site.
